If you need to change your Season Ticket due to moving, changing jobs, or upgrading your travel class, you can exchange it if it has at least 7 days left. Contact TrainPal to arrange this. The new ticket will have the same expiry date and start the day. Any price difference will be adjusted based on the original ticket cost. There are no admin fees, and you can make multiple exchanges if needed.

The refund is the difference between the price paid and the cost of tickets for the period used.

An administration charge of up to £10 will apply.

It needs to pay a certain fee, specific as follows:

If you cancel for other reasons, a refund is available but may incur a fee up to £5. Unused tickets can be refunded within 28 days of expiry, potentially with an admin fee.

To cancel your tickets:
For tickets valued up to £1.99, there is no fee.
For tickets valued between £2.00 and £4.99, there is a £0.99 fee.
Tickets valued between £5.00 and £9.99 pay a £2.50 fee
While tickets valued between £10.00 and £14.99 have a £6.00 fee.
For tickets valued over £15.00, there is a £10.00 fee.
